Connecticut Appellate Law Firm is pleased to welcome Erin Brown as its Fall 2025 law student extern.
Erin is currently a second-year student at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she serves as Secretary of the Moot Court Board and an associate member of the Connecticut Law Review. Before attending law school, she completed her M.A. in English and advanced to candidacy for her Ph.D. (ABD). Erin brings with her a strong foundation in research, writing, and analysis—skills that are critical in appellate practice.
As Connecticut Appellate Law Firm’s first law student extern, Erin will gain hands-on experience with legal research, issue analysis, and appellate strategy, while receiving direct mentorship in a practice devoted exclusively to appeals.
At Connecticut Appellate Law Firm, I believe in mentoring the next generation of advocates. Providing meaningful opportunities for law students to observe, contribute to, and learn from appellate work is part of our broader commitment to fostering thoughtful, well-prepared future litigators.
I am excited to have Erin on board and look forward to working alongside her this semester.
